After we have received your item(s), refunds and exchanges are usually processed within 72 hours.
Please retain proof of postage for the unlikely event that your parcel is lost in the post.

When returning an item, the purchase price will be refunded, minus shipping, to the original payment method.
Exchanges will incur no additional shipping charge.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items of an intimate nature. These include thongs, briefs, boxer shorts, knickers etc. Swimwear can be returned provided the hygiene strip is still intact.
