We hold considerable stocks and will normally dispatch your order within 48 hours Monday to Friday All FREE SHIPPING UK deliveries are normally by RM48. RM tracked or RM special delivery (guaranteed next day)are also available All international deliveries are by Royal Mail airmail. We recommend signed for airmail for all international orders as this service is tracked and offers compensation if your order is lost.
UK deliveries are by Royal Mail and normally take 3-5 days for the free postage option (faster shipping services available). We, however, cannot be held responsible for delivery times , as this is an estimate provided by Royal Mail for their RM48 service. In the unlikely event of a lost item, please contact us if the item has not been received within 16 days of receiving your 'order dispatched' email ( Royal Mail will not accept claims for lost items for 15 days from the date of dispatch). We will then give the option of a replacement or refund.
International deliveries are by Royal Mail airmail and normally take 7 - 10 days. We, however cannot be held responsible for delivery times, as this is an estimate provided by Royal Mail for their airmail service. In the unlikely event of a lost item, please contact us if the item has not been received within 26 days of receiving your 'order dispatched' email ( Royal Mail will not accept claims for lost items for 25 days from the date of dispatch). We will then give the option of a replacement or refund.
Please Note : We endeavour to process any order before 2pm on the same day. Any orders recieved after 2pm will be processed on the next working day.
Should you be unhappy with your purchase, for any reason,you may return it for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price ( less p&p cost ) within 14 days of receipt.We regret that briefs,thongs and other items of an intimate nature cannot be returned,for hygiene reasons.
Please Note. Items must be returned in their original condition i.e. unworn, unwashed with all labels and tags still attached and all original packaging intact.
If you require an exchange there will be no additional postage charge.
Refunds will be given in the same way as the original payment ( i.e. card payments will be refunded to the card used in the original transaction ).
Before returning any item,please email first and obtain proof of postage,so that you can claim if the item should be lost in the post.
Return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer, except where a faulty or incorrect item has been supplied.
